"Divorce: How to maintain positive regard for both parents" with Anna Balas, M.D.

Divorcing couples often find it challenging to maintain positive regard for each other. Therefore, it is difficult to help their children hold on to good feelings for each parent. We will explore strategies for keeping a steady eye on the children's best interests in the context of their emotional development.
